2 Coaching Concepts

1.

Trainers fail even if they’re doing the right thing.

The reason? They failed to educate their client.

For example, smart fitness is boring because it’s repetitive and progressive.

Get your client bought into the process early.

“Hey {name}. We’re going to be repeating workouts often. The body needs repetition with small progressions in order to get you that sexy lean muscle to look great in your red dress.

That said, if you’re getting bored. Let me know. Sound like a deal?”

Tell the client why you’re doing what you’re doing and how it relates to their goal to optimize buy-in.

2.

Women in the gym shouldn’t fear making ‘grunty face’.

Building muscle requires intensity.

Intensity results in making ugly faces in the gym.

Wear it with pride.

2 Business Nuggets

1.

Renew your clients long before the end of their package.

Schedule in a touch base 2-4 weeks in.

Identify a big win of theirs.

Then, future pace:

“Have you thought about what this might look like in 12 months?”

Set a long-term plan, upgrade their package, and get to work.

2.
