2 Coaching Concepts

1.

Your female client might say, “I don’t want to get too bulky.”

Don’t try to “win” the argument.

Instead, go deeper. Ask questions:

“Why do you feel strength training will make you big and bulky?”

“Is this something that happened in the past?”

“What exercises in particular do you feel cause this?”

Aim to relieve their concerns through curiosity.

2.

Progress requires consistency.

But clients might get bored doing the same thing all of the time.

Here’s three ways to ‘change it up’ without derailing their program:

a) Switching the grip.

b) Changing the exercise order in a circuit.

c) Using a different exercise but the same movement pattern with equivalent intensity.

2 Business Nuggets

1.

Find people who do similar work as you.

Share their work and collaborate with them.

When you lift your industry up and support others you’ll grow together.

It’s a win/win/win.

2.

If a piece of content works, repeat it every 2-3 months.

Then, create more like it.

Every post in this thread has been published before.

Not a single person complained.

The post went viral. It’s been viewed 4.43 million times.

Repeat your winners.

1 Quote to Consider

“Sometimes it is the people who nobody imagines anything of who do the things that no one can imagine.”Alan Turing
